End User License Agreement (EULA)
Owner: Pavlos Evgenikos — Product: AI Fleet Reliability Analysis.
- License. Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable; internal business use only.
- Restrictions. No reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or redistribution without prior written consent.
- Data & Privacy. You must have rights to any data you process; avoid personal data without a legal basis.
- AI Outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify before acting.
- Availability. Provided “as is” without warranties; no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
- Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for losses arising from use.
- Termination. License terminates upon breach; cease use upon termination.
- Governing Law. Governed by the laws applicable at the place I decide unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
AI Disclaimer
Our applications may use artificial intelligence (“AI”). AI systems can make mistakes,
produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs, and may not reflect real-world conditions.
You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it.
The software and its outputs are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
